Chicken Sausage Power Bowl 


When it comes to prepping healthy meals, I typically as myself three things:

1.       Is it easy?

2.       Is it quick?

3.       Is it filling?

If a meal checks off those three boxes, it’s more than likely included in my rotation of go-to meals. Having a set list of go-to meals comes in handy on those weeks when you don’t want to put much thought into what you want to prep.

Power bowls top the list for me because you can essentially make them however you want to. It’s especially great when you have a bunch of left over items and have no clue what to do what them. Not only do these bowls leave you feeling satisfied, but you can pack them with all the nutrients you need.

I had a bunch of random ingredients sitting around and threw them together to make a this delicious combo. For those who would rather purchase a bowl, Sweetgreen's Harvest Bowl has been my favorite recently. I promise you won't regret trying it!
